Please note that I purchased two Samsung Galaxy S4 phones from Mr. Jeremy Domacena of Salem PC limited in located in Tudor Cottages, Footscray High Street, Sidcup, Kent DA14 5HN, United Kingdom on Monday 30th September 2013. The items were supposed to be delivered to Trinidad within three working days. To date I have not received same. I made payments of TT$7200.00 to their accountant Mr. Oliver Kent via Money Gram.
They claim that the items are on hold by the Custom in UK, and require a further TT$4800.00 to clear same in order to ship the items. I requested proof to show that the items are indeed in customs, but they are unable to produce same. This entails a breach of contract, and I requested a refund. Mr. Domacena said he was unable to give a refund because the items were already shipped out.
I searched the company's name online and couldn't find any info on them. I searched the address they gave and it came up with a company named Noble Electronics. I questioned Mr. Domacena on this and he said they were joined at one time but have since separated. I contacted the people at Noble Electronics and they said they have never heard the name Salem PC, nor the names of the people involved. I even contacted companies in close proximity to the address given, and even they said they have no knowledge of Salem PC.
I am a victim of a scam operation, since I paid TT$7200.00 and I have no evidence to indicate that these items exist.
He gave me a copy of his boss passport. Mr. Glynn Derrick Bedford. Passport # XXXXXXXXX.
Mr. Jeremy Domacena: ++XXXXXXXXXXX
